This is a fantastic b&b which has everything you could possibly need. There were toiletries, bath toys, books and toys in the room for my little boy who is 3. Karen, the owner, is welcoming and very accommodating. Thanks for another lovely stay!
We stayed at the beginning of October and there were 5 of us. The guesthouse is really well furnished and immaculate. The rooms were warm and spacious and very homely. We had a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning and took home some fruit loaf which was delicious. Would definitely recommend and return again...
Just checked in, fantastic guest house stayed for 6 nights. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious we even unpacked which is rare for us. Breakfast was great with a full array of choices talk about being spoiled. We came for the steam fair and booked 12 months in advance and Karen was ever so helpful with the zillion emails sent by the tour guide aka Mr. Flipper all good would recommend Fernhead to anyone looking for a stay in the area.
