Very bad experience for me unfortunately. I had high hopes when I booked my service and I was waiting whole day for somebody to come and pick up my car. I called the garage twice and first time I've been told that somebody is on the way and second time when I called after 4 hours the guy told me he has my phone number and will let me know, so I don't need to call again. Of course didn't get a call back from anyone. Very dissapointing. Luckily for me there are some other decent garages in the area.
My wife used this gent in the past and we were very happy all round. However,very recently my son took his car in to change the slave cylinder and unfortunately it kept leaking. Our disappointment is the lack of communication,does not call back when says he will and equally difficult to get hold of. Have tried to call him for two days left messages and still no update. Shame not sure what is happening seems a nice gent.Update now into the second week still not repaired on a simple job. External slave cylinder on a 206. Time wasted re ordering parts when not required. Took me 2 mins to google separate seal required not included in new cylinder. Took him a week and a half to discover this. New 1.50 part ordered Monday. Very quick job. Still no word and it's into Wednesday. When checking this should be a three hour job,that's slave cylinder . Let's give him two days. What's happened to the other 12 days. I would not recommend this garage. I do not like giving poor reviews but I'm afraid somthing is seriously wrong here.Car has now been inspected by an independent garage. This has shown that the quality of work done by auto service is absolutely appalling,New pressure part filled with sealant. Unsafe I would say. Also sump not sealed as advised.Company has failed to respond to emails text and letters.
